I have brought multiple items from Free Style Graphics over the years, but only because they were the only business that could do the work that was needed. The finished products are of great quality, but the service is what is lacking here. Never believe the owner when he says how long the order will take, especially if you have any embroidery included with your order. Just add a month plus a couple of weeks on the time of delivery, but he won't hold off on charging you for work he has not completed yet. I am fed up with this business and will not be giving orders his way ever!

Incredible customer service! I needed screen printed shirts turned around quickly, and after multiple quotes for over $35/shirt these guys came to the rescue! They responded to my quote request within minutes and the price came to $17 or under depending on the size. Quality of the shirts is great and they even hand-delivered them to me when I couldn't make it out to pick them up before their office closed. I will definitely be using them for any shirts needed in the future!

I called KYLE with an emergency last week due to my own procrastination. I needed about 25 shirts completed for some of my staff in 2 business days and Kyle went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed at an affordable price within our timeline. FSG was recommended to me and now I know why. I will be back and recommend them based on a quality product, great customer service, and prompt attention to detail. Thanks again!
