Terrible customer service. After purchasing my car insurance, I was notified that there was a problem with my driver's license and that my insurance was set to be canceled. I got all the appropriate paperwork to them well before the deadline. I called several times and spoke to Shannon who was supposed to call me back and let me know what was going on and if I needed to do anything else...surprise surprise she didn't. Not once, not twice, but 3 separate occasions. Yesterday I called and spoke to Ikaika, who also said he would call me back and give me an update as well as start a policy for my new business. He didn't. I called AGAIN today, and finally received a call back from him saying Shannon would call me back by noon. The call came late, but at least she called me back this time. Of course, then she had the nerve to tell me that the holdup was my fault!! I had no idea that I needed to do anything else because SHE DIDN'T INFORM ME OF ANYTHING!!! She finally told me I needed to contact the dmv and make sure the clearance came through. Just got off the phone with them and everything is all cleared up which could have happened WEEKS ago if she had just bothered to honor her word. I am taking my business to another office...State Farm is a great insurer, so I am going to stay with them but no way in hell am I giving that terrible woman ANY of my business. I wonder if Freylynn knows what a rude and incompetent brat she has working there. Guess she will now.
