I started training with Alter, and I wasn’t very happy with the trainer. As I was struggling to understand, thanks to Specialised HGV when I reached out to them they immediately changed my trainer and offered my full course with the new trainer Steve. I am truly humble by the experience I had with steve. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Many thanks again for getting me through. best regards

This is my second licence with specialised hgv. I did my class 2 last year and came back for my class 1. If you’re new in the industry I would give you one advice. Make sure you do class and class 1 at the same time its easier to finish at once. Most requirements in the industry are class 1 drivers so if you have class 1 its easy to get in and get a good job. Quite satisfied with Specialised HGV as they offered me return discount and also the service is second to none. 2 weeks and i passed my class 1 test.

Thanks Thomas for getting me the summer deal. I was bit struggling with initial deposit to start training but mate..Thomas I can’t thank you enough. The team is on top of everything when it comes to getting all dates and paperwork done. Rahman was my trainer, I would give him 10/10. His understanding about the vehicle is absolutely mind blowing. I would highly recommend his teaching methods. Ask for Rehman as a trainer when you start training and I'm 100% sure you’ll pass at first attempt.

I contacted Tom 2 weeks before my driver CPC deadline, he was quick and helpful enough to get me the right date for my training. They are not the cheap option, but I found the service to be very satisfying. The entire CPC program was very well organized with a FREE breakfast every day and a FREE lunch on the last day – I think it’s a plus point. Full value for money.

I did my horsebox driving training with Specialised HGV training. They were very helpful – friendly instructor. They also agreed to train me on my father's trailer which will be driving up and down – helped me to get use to it before the test. Jonathan was very informative, and he has very good knowledge about horses as well. I would recommend them if you’re looking for B+E licence.

Satisfied with the service. Thanks to steve who helped me though every step with my class 2 training. I'm definitely going back for class 1 next year. Well they are not cheap but the service was what you pay for. Thanks to Angel and team who were always there when i called them for help. Keep up the good work guys!!

Passed my hgv cat c test with 2 minors. Excellent instructor. Full credit to saba for being so helpful. She was punctual and professional. Thanks to specialized hgv who managed all my paperwork and booking and made things easy for me while I could concentrate on my job. Im not a native English speaker so bit struggled with the theory initially but the specialized hgv team helped me through whenever I called them for help. Very friendly and helpful team.

Nothing special helpful at first when they want your money after that not much contact. They do take the stress out of booking tests/training and so on that is it. They don’t have there own schools I doubt they own a truck. But they booked me in at Cannock British HGV which was a great school. What really annoyed me was the pressure to give my card details. And trying to get through is ridiculous as an existing customer! Your best holding and pretending your a new customer because they pick up after a few rings I have been told that it is cheeper to make your own way. I really feel like I have been ripped off. Now I have a lot of money too pay off and these 2 extra attempts do you pay for these 1 star for taking the stress out.

Avoid at all costs only care about taking your money will not refund you even if you pay in full an can not complete the course will keep all of your unspent money no matter what
