The team at Friday were given an ambitious brief to deliver RKD’s new website as the centrepiece of our refreshed brand. We wanted a site that was both informative and visually compelling, capable of communicating design thinking while showcasing our best project work to engage a wide audience across many different market sectors. Friday’s research-driven approach and their ability to creatively and constructively challenge helped us to identify assumptions early on and to maintain our focus on the user experience. They adapted their workflows to suit our own work processes and demonstrated effective meeting management skill helping to align our internal stakeholders as the project progressed.
