Great service from Oak Harbor sales person (Sean) and the install tech (Olaf). If it where not for there efforts I would have no internet. If you are a Canadian posted to NAS Whidbey and are out in the boonies, seriously consider calling these guys first. Do not go through phone sales people or rep's from satellite services as they do not understand your credit predicament. Thumbs UP

Absolutely incredible customer service. The 1 800 number offered no help and even delayed ourninstall by nearly 4 weeks. I have a child on hospice care and they handled it professionally
