Client Review on Frontier Communications Retail Store

The staff in this store are solid, as far as my interaction with them. I thought my router was having issues since it was 7 years old and it was a 10-minute visit to swap it out. So I can't be mad at them. I am upset over the company, though, hence only 3 stars. My internet speed has been slowly declining over the past month to the point that it is now 1mb upload/download on any site other than the frontier speed test. Yay, throttling. Every other speed test clocks the performance as pitiful. I'm unable to watch videos without interruption and I haven't been able to play any online games in the last 2 weeks because of it. I'm paying for 60mb ul/dl and getting less than 1/60th of it. Shame. I've been with Verizon, now Frontier since I moved in to my house 7 years ago and am now having to find another provider, which will take another full week for them to get here and install.Edit: After speaking with a member of the Frontier staff on Facebook messenger, the problem seems to have been sorted out. I have added an extra star for the relatively speedy resolution of this issue once it was brought to their attention.
