Full Media might work for other people with a business that where they actually host and build the site, however, for us it was a letdown. All they did was charge us around $1500.00 a month just to do our Google Pay Per Click Account. That was never the deal from the beginning to pay for them to just monitor an already optimized PPC Campaign. No On-Site SEO was ever performed nor was any blog articles written as they said they would do. They are very nice people don't get me wrong... Yet our experience with them was a complete let down and was money wasted on our Ad-Words Account that was already Optimized Fully. We never got the twice a month meetings or calls showing us the breakdown of all the work they performed and the stats to back up their word. I was very disappointed in the lack of commitment that they promised. Anyone can be number 1 on the search results if all you do is Bid for the highest keywords on a PPC Campaign. Again, very nice folks to talk to but in all honesty I think the employees working for the owners know far much more about SEO, PPC, and keeping up with the current Search Engine Updates such as Google Panda, etc... If your business needs a third party like Full Media to manage your online presence, please make sure you communicate to Full Media on what you need done and it is very crucial to stay on top of them all the time otherwise the work never gets done.
