I have used Fully Promoted on at least 6 occasions and have never been disappointed. I've ordered shirts and hats through them and also brought in my own items and had great results with both. They have a wide range of styles, color, and sizes which is perfect when I'm trying to order items for everyone in the office! Suzanne, Tom and Alex are extremely helpful, patient and all around lovely people to work with! Cannot recommend them enough.

I've worked with Tom and Fully Promoted twice now and each time has been amazing. Tom and his team have been very attentive to our needs of making customized t-shirts for our office and the final product was excellent and within a very reasonable price. His office provided regular status updates and went the extra mile of finding just the right style. Of note, this was done under a very short turnaround period. I plan to use his services again for all of our office needs.

I had a great experience here in terms of customer service, quality, and price. I came in looking for shirts to give out as a corporate gift. They were incredibly helpful in showing me fabric options, size options, and offering me a very reasonable price. When I asked if it would be possible to get it done in less than a week, they totally made it happen. That included some extra driving on their part because of a storm that affected delivery, and coming in on a Saturday just to hand off the shirts to me. My group loved them - Thank you!

This is the second year in a row we have used Tom and his team at Fully Promoted Bethesda for our apparel needs as gifts to our clients and employees for the Holidays. Suffice to say, we have been completely satisfied by their service and attention to detail. Tom worked with us through the entire process, from sifting through apparel options, providing samples, and adjusting our logo many times. He even got our rather large order to us on time given our tight, two-week time frame. Pricing is reasonable given the level of personalized service you receive. I am the “manager” of a youth hockey team in Montgomery County who had another fantastic experience with Tom Foust and his wife Suzanne at Fully Promoted Bethesda (formerly Embroidme Bethesda). For the second year in a row, Tom and Suzanne did an amazing job of handling every aspect of the team's merchandise needs, from soup to nuts. In about a 3-week time window to meet our requested holiday gift suspense, they helped us design/refine our team logo, offered a range of merchandise items at different price points, and then quickly delivered us super high-quality personalized gear at more than reasonable costs. Items included screen printed and heat pressed laced hockey hoodies, short and long sleeve shirts, and embroidered beanie and pom hats and baseball caps. All of the kids/parents are thrilled with both the look and durability of the gear and wear it proudly to all of the practices/games, and to school, solidifying team spirit. Overall just a really easy, fun, and enjoyable experience with Tom and Suzanne, who I should also add have become friends of mind during our interactions, at Fully Promoted.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
