I had previously had home and auto with them but switched my auto to a different carrier because the premium difference was over 35% higher. Dean had saved me from a cancellation of my home insurance that was improper and believed that nobody else would have told me that the cancellation was improper except himself! Since he doesn't get the auto coverage, he doesn't want any other business. Nothing like biting your nose to spite your face. PS. I just found out my home was woefully underinsured. Hmmm. Isn't that what a good insurance agent is supposed to check? Keep looking

I have been a client at the Fulton Agency in Coral Springs for over 20 years. I have my homeowner's policy, vehicle insurance, professional liability coverage and an umbrella policy all with this company. My entire family, extended family and friends based on my recommendations have switched over to Fulton. We are all extremely pleased. Over the years the insurance industry has undergone numerous modifications especially in Florida. I have always received expert, professional advice from the principles as well as any of their staff. I have come to know both Mark and Dean very well and they educate me constantly regarding any changes or policy adjustments that I need to consider. For any question that arises they provide me with detailed explanations. They are always looking out for my best interest which translates into lower premiums without sacrificing quality, top notch coverage. They provide me with options that usually reduce the premiums without ever compromising their fine service. I can not think of one negative experience in all the years I have been dealing with this fine staff of professionals. If you are looking for excellent, prompt service with a smile and competitive pricing then you must contact the Fulton Agency. I would never change because they are the best and most knowledgeable people in the business. They always go that extra mile that is so often lacking in today's market place.
