Our experience with Future Access was excellent from the beginning to the end of the process. I initially shopped for quotes on what we wanted for our company's website. I met with Chris Tollins who was professional and courteous. There was no expectation of coding or even computer knowledge. Chris explained everything in layman's terms and made it easy to understand even for the technically challenged. Chris met with us in the office and showed us exactly how to make changes and modifications to our own website so that we now had the power to change things instantly. Jeff Unger was the project manager and although we never met , he stayed in constant contact with me through the migration of the website and was an email away for any questions I had.It was particularly refreshing for us that they would contact us on a regular basis throughout the process, as opposed to us having to follow up and try to contact our website person to see how things were going or get a definite date for completion, as was our experience in the past. Great work guys. We will definitely use your team again!
