Feedback:

Currently I have been employed with g4s for approximately 6 months now. In these 6 months time I have had to call HR twice regarding a harassment issue with a coworker at my building and an issue with the area manager for threatening my job with proper information or investigation, instead of doing something my issue was completely swept under the rug. I had to deal with almost two months of harassment and mistreatment in the workplace, making me unhappy/unwilling to be there.Also regardless of the fact that I brought in all the proper documentation when my grandmother passed away a few months ago... I was denied bereavement which goes against their policy, article 14, stating that immediate family member deaths warrant a four day period of paid days off for bereavement...I took two days to attend the funeral. Upon returning to work I was written up for calling off for those two days. All in all I am utterly disappointed in this company for this area and the HR department/Higher ups ability or willingness to help their employees (Cincinnati/Northern KY region), perhaps other areas/in other states it is different, and I am currently seeking new employment ASAP.
