My local office is great. My initial contact was Brittany. Polite and timely response. Then I had a phone call with Hope who answered ALL of my auto and home owner policy questions. My questions were answered with patience, clarity, and I truly felt like State Farm made me feel important and well-cared for! Seriously awesome staff here! Happy to be with State Farm.

My wife and I have been with State Farm it seems forever, and so far we have been happy with the company and our agent in California for 40 years, prior to that in Colorado and now with Gail for the last couple since our move to Washington. We lived through a house fire in CA, that also had a car in the garage, and a couple of auto accidents (we were tailed ended a couple of times by drivers who were drunk in one case and following too close in another). In each case State Farm took care of us! Yes, they are a big company, and yes they are watching the bottom line, and yes you need to be as knowledgeable as you can regarding your property. Video of your possessions is helpful in proving what you have. Insuring valuable possessions such as cameras, jewelry, tools with a separate rider is also smart. Yes, you will have to pay more, but you will have peace of mind, that if something untoward happens you will be able to replace them. So, far we are as happy with Gail and her staff as we were elsewhere. I have been through the EverSafe Driver program offered by the Sheriff's Dept, for volunteers in the SCOPE/SIRT programs I even got a small discount, and all I had to do was ask for it, service does not get any better than that.

When it comes to service and claims, this office is the best I've ever had. Quick and friendly service. I have had several comprehensive claims and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend their insurance and their office! :)

My father in law has been insured with you for decades, I believe 40+years. My husband and I have insurance through a competing company. I was recently afforded the privilege of witnessing State Farm's customer service from the stand point of an non insured party. Which I am sad to say has left me livid and confused on how you think you can treat people this way. After a literal 40 hours of conversations back and forth I am sitting here feeling cheated and harassed. I've been lied to, shouted at, belittled and down right insulted. I've exhausted all avenues of possible complaint escalation. Spoken to every single person who I thought might be able to help me. To absolutely no avail! My final attempt at being heard I was assured was escalated to the "executive customer service team."So imagine my delight when I received a phone call from the people my complaint was about! Instead of forwarding my problem to an executive team it was simply sent back to the department involved to solve. What did you think was going to happen with that? My 40 hours of dealing with these people was completely pointless and going nowhere. Did you think miraculously they had grown a conscience and the outcome would be different? No, it can't be. Because I'm dealing with a mass of people with no morale compass or human decency. So you can probably guess what I think of your cowardly corporate tie wears. Who couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone themselves. I guess the little guy customer isn't worth their time. So now I tell you Ms. Johnson. Because even though YOU had not much to do with this exact situation, you are our families agent; and unfortunately the only person I have left to tell how upset I am over this whole thing.If this is how you treat people injured by your clients I am ashamed to have been a customer. We will be buying a new car for my father in law this month, same day we will also be shopping for a new insurance company. I'm sorry State Farm refused hear me.My biggest regret is not convincing my in-laws to switch 20 years ago when we did. You personally took advantage of my husband when he was beginning his insured driving life, but you were lucky enough to have my inlaws as clients who resist change until glaringly necessary. There's no where else to tell our story. People need to know.

I can't speak highly enough for crew here. They continue to impress me with rapid response to questions and policy changes that I need. They quoted me $500 a year less then prob 6-7 others I checked into for my WRX. In 2 years time with them I have probably change my policy close to a dozen times, changing cars, adding a limo, selling cars, selling a limo, they cover my 6' wide toolbox when it's at home in the garage! I on't recall ever having to wait on hold when I called and they respond to my emails the same day, usually within the hour. Do you self a favor and check them out.

I have been a customer with Gail for over 17 years and have received outstanding service from both Gail and Amy. They have been there to help guide me through a car accident and a home robbery and come out just fine on the other side. They work hard to give me the best rates and do an excellent job explaining my options. Gail and Amy are two people you want on your team when things go south!

Very Deceptive Practices when giving bid for insurance. I got several bids and this office responded quickly. i paid 6 months then they started adding fees. No discount cause i dont have home insurance with them. well i am new to their insurance of course i dont have home insurance with them, so why give a discount. then oh we gave you a discount for kids having good grades.... never asked for the discount. now its you need to sign a waiver that i dont want medical coverage, which is required in washington. So they are gonna raise it again. Waist of your Money Get insurance any where else.
