Update. The second tech who came out was wonderful and did a great job. After complaint was made about my forged signature I was contacted by a regional manager who was very caring and respectful. I only gave 1 star because I can not give 0 or negative. Unexperienced tech at my home for hours. Did not finish the installation and then FORGED my signature to close the work order. This is beyond unprofessional and against the law.

Samantha is amazing. We have been having issues getting our Dish account squared away since my divorce 10 years ago! When we called Galaxy One to learn more about the wireless receiver options, Samantha was so helpful - she even went so far as to help us get the Dish account problems resolved on our behalf! No more "that's someone else's problem, not mine". She had a technician to our house later that afternoon and we love the new service. Her tenacity and desire to get things right for us has made us very happy customers. I will definitely recommend Galaxy One to all of my friends. THANK YOU SAMANTHA!

Tech they sent over,Dakato did not know what he was doing,was susposed to install 2 tvs n hang/install a 3rd 75" tv,he had "Absolutely" no idea how to do it.The manager Chris Carroll knew this,this man is a "Stone Cold Liar", n is not to be trusted or believed.Please do not use this company,in Chris Carroll's words,"If your dissatifed,too bad,we have plenty of Customers!!

Second experience with Galaxy one installing dish. Was pleasant, installer was professional looking and friendly. Upsold me on some other services, eh whatever I could have said no but it saved me some hassle. Overall I'm happy and would recommend Galaxy one and my Installer.

Galaxy 1 and Dish Network are the perfect combination. The installers at Galaxy 1 were prompt, professional, listened to my concerns and even made sure I knew how all the bells and whistles worked before they left. Since then I've stopped out to pick up an OTA adapter to catch all my CUBS games on 8.3 and the transaction was very smooth, people were courteous and again, made sure I knew exactly how to install my purchase before I left.
