Overall Feedback:
My Rep Rita Cormier was the most unresponsive and awful person I have ever worked with in the insurance industry and frankly most of my personal and business interactions. she seems like a sweet lady on the phone but whatever you do don't get in the way of her 6 hour break which is at any given time of the day. The folks over at the Massachusetts office seem to avoid work at all costs thus it seems as if Rita works only 2 hours a day. between the hours of 10:30 and Noon and a half hour between 3:30 and 4. When you need to get a hold of them they do not respond. I have not seen such abysmal customer service that a mannequin would be more effective than these people. Save your money and take it to a competent agency one that actually cares or go direct as I would avoid Gallant and Especially Rita Cormier at all costs.
