I have purchased a video from this company of my daughter's ceremony at American Airlines. We were told 6 to 8 weeks before ready, that was on April 13th and now it is August 22 and still nothing. I have called the number and all I get is a voicemail and I am not able to leave a message. I will call American Airlines and advise that I would not do business with this company in the future!!!!
