two words: shady lady! buyers beware - val will say one thing then do another, whatever will benefit her. very disappointed! she was not honest with us and it was a frustrating experience.

We could not have had a better experience with purchasing our home! Val was amazing, and still is. I honestly could not ask for anyone better. Every time I needed to talk to her she was available, or else she got back with me within minutes. Even after purchasing our home, she has still continued to help us out and I consider her a friend. I really appreciate when people are good at their job and she is great at hers! Lara is great as well. She is super sweet and has also helped us out a lot along the way.

Val is amazing! I couldn't ask for anything more in a realtor! She sold a lot for me and then helped me to find and purchase a home. Finding a property that fit my requirements was a daunting task, but from the beginning Val assured me - "We will do this!" - and she did! She has gone above and beyond every expectation I've had! She couldn't be more helpful or considerate! I've been blessed to know Val and to have her take care of my real estate needs!!!

We dealt with Val over a period of several months to find our perfect home. She also handled the sale of the house we had in Nampa. We loved working with her and Lara. They were great and I would recommend them to anyone! I noticed another review that was of a negative tone. Either a young entitled princess or a competitive realtor probably posted it. Since we have lived here, I haven’t heard anything negative about her from anyone in the community.
