The insurance agent Tim Donahue was extremely helpful and got me insured very easily at a great rate. He gave me a list of credit unions that will almost 98% guarantee you to be approved to join in order to get their insurance. I chose Michigan Education even with very bad credit I was allowed to join I paid I think $12 application fee online was approved to join and then got a rate of under $90 no fault a month. Since I dropped Progressive and defaulted I had to pay full 6 month policy up front which was only $500. Very great insurance to become legally legit without breaking the bank.

Shame on Tim. Check and double check your policy, surprise I had no medical coverage after an accident. Michigan law requires your car insurance to cover medical bills if you’re involved in an accident, even if the event was not your fault. Tim wrote me a policy without one even though I told him I would require medical. Very shady. Meemic is good coverage though.
