Great library. All u could want except quiet. I guess the days of being quiet at the library are a thing of the past. I believe they need security to calm loud mouth children down. And why they let children on computers is beyond me. So get there before school let's out.

Beautiful library with so much to offer the residents. I accidentally left my driver's license there recently when I was making a copy, and someone mailed it back to me. To that person I want to say a "big thank you!!" Obviously a great staff!

Looks nice, but is not Library!! They do not have a very good selection of books, and the kids section is not very closed off therefore making it hard to study, and it just seems like there are way too many kids there in general. I think it's more of a hangout spot then an actual Library... I mean they have a goddamn Xbox!!!

Parents bring their ignorant loud misbehaving kids to play and make loud noise stomping ,tuning , screaming and yelling if you planning to study for exam don’t go to this place it’s horrible even workers can’t do anything parent are ignorant too they jus let all this kids make loud noises in library

Wonderful hub for the community of Garfield Heights! Our older boys enjoy going here regularly. Our family takes advantage of their DVD rentals. The online ordering process is easy and fast. If you cant find what youre looking for, someone at the desk is always happy to help find it or order it from another branch. Small cafe with tables and vending machines if you just need somewhere work on your laptop or read. My only qualm which ive addressed with the board directly but have only seen temporary resolve is that the adult novels (ie romance novels) are in the front of the library. It disturbs me that they don't have their own section in the back of the library. I just think that is the more tasteful and respectable thing to do when children are prone to walk down the aisle all day. The staff is always smiling and good with the youngsters. A lot of neat programs for all ages...just ask for more info!
