I use to give this place 5* but since chuck has left it has been going down hill for my experience. Only person that pays any attention is Tracy. Don’t even get meStarted with State Farm as a whole they can’t even find my policy at times. They have the wrong number on my paperwork but they got the right number to countinusly call me to pay my bill. My van wheel just flew off my car unexpectedly I had more of a stressful time dealing with StateFarm o it’s been a couple hours dan still waiting for that phone call I was suppose to receive o and all the paper work for my new van.

Everytime I have a question or concern. Tracy and associate's are there to help. Recently got my 3-Star rating. Always had a pleasant time when I have to go their office in person.

Garrett Bogden has served us well for several years now, and we are very pleased with his attention to customer service. We moved out of the area 2 years ago, but have chosen to continue working with Garrett as our agent even though there are others much closer to where we now live. We highly recommend him to those looking for an agent who pays personal attention to his clients.

I have been with Nationwide Insurance for 24 years and after continued rate increases, we decided to check around. Garrett at State Farm made the transition painless and we actually were able to increase both our home and car insurance with better coverage than Nationwide with lower premiums. Always willing to meet and review with me my policy and options. I have been with State Farm since I learned to drive. I used State Farm as my auto loan provider on top of my insurance coverage. Garrett informed me that they also offer mortgages. The interest rate was comparable to other banks. but what sold me was the low closing costs that State Farm offered. I've been through the process before with another bank and it was a headache. This process was streamlined and added no stress during the buying process. I actually didn't even feel like I was buying a home because there were such few instances where I needed to provide extra information. I also really appreciated the updates without me even asking. It was nice of everyone to reach out and keep me in the loop and make me feel like a valued customer and not just another transaction. I'd highly recommend choosing Garrett as your State Farm Agent.
