I had called to cancel my policy, but they still charged me for two months after cancellation. Now MONTHS later I'm sent to collections for a debt of insurance I did not know about and they denied the fact that I even called to cancel. They blamed Erie insurance company so we called them, and Erie insurance company blamed Gates insurance agency. Basically, becareful of doing business with third party insurance.

This is a great agency, When my parent passed away and I needed to keep the house insured but I do not live in the state where the insured property is located I had to do a lot of the work on the phone or online. They were always friendly, helpful and quick to respond to my questions and needs I strongly recommend them to all.
