If you're looking for a truly objective third party for your inspection and you want someone who knows their stuff, look no further than Jay at General Home Inspection. He will go over ever inch of the house and explain to you what you need to know about every defect or component. He is very communicative and takes your business seriously. His reports are detailed yet easy to understand and he turns them around in a matter of hours. Most importantly - when Jay doesn't know the answer to a question, he doesn't bluff you. He will find out what he needs to know and ensure that you have the right answer. This is a rare quality in any industry, let alone real estate. I have hired Jay for two inspections, and I will hire him again if I ever have the chance. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

The inspection was not only very detailed, it's obvious that Jay truly wants the best outcome for his clients, whether the inspection turns out 'good' or 'bad' for a particular home. One word amazing!! Jay came out and was prompt and very professional. He also was very thorough with his inspection and with the report as well very clear and detailed. I can’t say enough great things about how happy we are with all he did. It is a one stop shop you can have your home inspection, radon and if you need pest inspection he dose that too. I will definitely recommend him and will use him again.
