I placed an order with them and paid for the expensive two day shipping. It is now day four and no flag. I call and they say they didn't have my email to tell me of a delay and when I tell them that I got the confirmation of the purchase by email they cannot explain it. I was told that I will get it eventually but they had to make the flag. Ok so why wasn't I notified, again no email with them or phone number. When I made the order it was required to have a phone number on the order form so again I am being lied to. I will not recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service.

We are so so so very pleased with Gettysburg Flag Works! I had honestly started our flag project with at lease a dozen top google search flag companies and they all seemed to have difficulties in their processes; from lacking customer service to design struggles and delayed production processes… but not Gettysburg! Right from the start the customer service was perfect. Fast and accurate responses and quotes. Quick and flexible design adjustments and improvements. Great prices. Easy shipping. And MOST important… the superb quality of the flags themselves!They absolutely know how to make flags. Ordered this product on amazon, still not here, two days overdue. 40 dollar flag and it takes two weeks to come? I could have driven to your location to pick it up faster.

This Flag was produced by your company and it brought me great joy to have a proper Gold Star Service Banner that was personalized in honor of my brother who paid the Ultimate Sacrifice for a Grateful Nation. Unfortunately I first used the flag on my truck for one day during the N.Y. Run For The Fallen and it sustained some damage one one corner (upper) on the fly end. After contacting your company and supplying some photos and explaining what happened you had me return the flag . You are magicians my flag was returned yesterday and I cannot tell where it was repaired. It looks great, you stood behind your product and as far as I am concerned you will always be my go to flag store. Thank you for your awesome customer service, and helping me honor a hero my brother. It means so much that you cared.
