A tremendous private company that I had the pleasure of working. phenomenal people to work with with a great atmosphere. Great pay, good hard work...other than heavy boxes. A business that I would recommend highly to anyone to work over there.

5 star company. They truly care about their customers vendors employees and everyone involved with their products. The management is very engaged with all aspects down to floor level. They even offer cookouts and other benefits at work for employees. Truly one of a kind company located in local area that deserves plenty of reconition!

Ghent is very outdated, I predict they will be out of business in 3 years. They do not get the production they could because of weak management. All of their products have come out 10 years late. They're also racist towards Hispanics.
