Careless, low-quality work and embarrassing customer service. Logos were printed on the wrong side of the mugs – they completely overlooked the print proofs I sent – and they were poorly packaged and arrived broken. Denis disregarded our concerns and only offered a couple of quid for the broken mugs, when they had royally messed up our entire order. Be wary of this company; one upset customer is one too many.
