Ordered last minute items as gifts to present to my family for my military retirement. Gifts for Individuals, got me the items ASAP. And they look great! I ordered the Parent and Child Certificate and medals and the quality is better than expected. I was skeptical for the price with an online item that I couldn’t see in-person but I’m glad I went with them. Very Satisfied Customer!!!

Worked with the owner, John, on some retirement appreciation awards(certificate and medal in a custom frame)for my family. He was a great help and they shipped within 2 weeks. These awards were some of the nicest I've seen even in VA where they is a lot of military stores. I highly recommend these awards if you are looking to get some for your family members!

To say I am disappointed is a gross understatement. Â Two months ago I placed an order for a shadowbox for my military retirement ceremony. Â I was told by an employee that if I had the order in by the first week of June, then I would get ahead of the summertime rush. Â All that needed to be done was to build the box and mount the items. Â I had already designed the layout prior. Â The ceremony is set for 1 September; however, I also (repeatedly) informed the employee that I would be gone all of August. Â There was also a finishing touch I needed to add to the shadowbox and on the recommendation of the same employee, I decided to wait until I had the box in hand before proceeding with the final addition. Â I was told it should take a total of approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Â At the 3 week point I inquired as to how it was coming along and was informed there was no update and to check back in 2 weeks. Â Two weeks later, same response. Â The following week, same response. Â Each time I re-emphasized that I would not be available in August and need the box to take care of the remaining item. Â Ultimately, I picked up my items today and the box (apparently) hadn't even been started yet and my choices were to have an incomplete box or no box at all and with me being gone all of August, should there be a snag, I would be unable to attend to it. Â I ultimately chose to cancel the order.During this two month ordeal, I received no phone calls and no updates. Â I know that on at lease one occasion a short notice order came in and it took priority over my order. Â I will not presume to tell you how to run your business, but I will say that I wasted two months with nothing to show for it and now I don't have enough time to get a shadowbox made. Â I would have thought first in, first out would be the overriding business model but apparently it is not. Â As I asked the employee today, had I ordered the shadowbox 12 months ago, would they not start it until the 11th month?

I brought in a metal cover to have my daughters name engraved on it. they looked it over an said no problem. When I arrived to pick it up, they had didn't have her named centered on the item and also didn't have it level. It looks horrible and still charge me full price. Now I have a $200.00 item that I cant give to my daughter for Christmas.

I highly highly recommend this business i have had numerous flowers preserved for ones who have lost their loved ones (for about 7 years) and was able to give a gift they can cherish forever. The work that is done here is amazing
