I've never felt compelled to write a review about a DMV, but had to say how incredible the folks are at the Glenpool Tag Agency. I had called the day before to get a total dollar amount on my specific needs, and they helped me super fast there first, AND the price did not go up or change in person! I went around lunchtime on a Tuesday, and there were 4 people ahead of me. With only 2 ladies working, I would have guessed my wait time to be around an hour. WRONG! I had quite a bit of paperwork and titling to get done, and they were fast, friendly, helpful and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. There were probably another 6 people who came in while I was there, each with set of needs and circumstances, and nobody has to take a number there. These gals are a multitasking phenomena! They are nothing like any other DMV.

I have to believe for a simple renewal, I would hope GTA could execute it with minimal effort. When it came to my travel trailer, GTA miss labeled my trailer as a higher valued trailer than it was (I had all sales paperwork with me). How was this done, GTA couldn't find it in their system and just decided to call it something else. This resulted in an over charge of about $280, (Which I had to write OTC to get back) and a mislabeled titel. When I went back a year later to get my title corrected, GTA told me, "Oh, that is what OTC calls your trailer". I left and went to Catoosa Tag Agency who promptly fixed my title issue. Catoosa will be getting all my Tag Office business.

I've bothered these ladies a lot with of vehicle changes and random things and they are always so nice and helpful. There is never a lime and they go above and beyond to help.
