Feedback:

Just moved on sunday July 29th in Glendale Heights

Feedback:

Helpful staff and they have some really cool stuff there!!!

Feedback:

The structure of the library is grand — windows that let in a lot of light and tall ceilings. There are many tables with outlets to charge your laptop or phone. They have 24 computers available; a computer lab where patrons who need to collaborate or use their mobile while on a computer; and 3 express stations. They have 3 self checkout kiosks and study rooms. They also have a good number of comfy chairs. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to assist patrons. Disregard the one-star “reviews,” as they were clearly written by kids who do not respect their library and find consequences for their misbehavior unacceptable. I agree with the reviewers who commented on the noise level, which could definitely be improved. That librarians have to become noise monitors, is a sad fact.

Feedback:

nice place where I like stay there kill my time

Feedback:

This library is pretty noisy, but if you go at night it’ll be easier to study.

Feedback:

It's a fun place but only when the Secretary isn't there they kick people out for dumb things my friend lost his walet and they kicked him out i said damit and the kicked me out the place is ok but they have to liten up a bit actually alot

Feedback:

I thought I had already posted a review. Anyways, it's great and is brightly lit with lots of windows and natural lighting. It is a very warm inviting environment. Kids have their own area. There is a "teen zone" room with computers and desks. Which is great for them. The adults have their own quiet areas separate from kids and teens. Always have great new books available. Also a public notary. Zumba classes and free black and white printing for up to 50 pages.

Feedback:

Nice and helpful place to study and work on your own in a calm place. A drinking water fountain, a restroom and a drinks vending machine are there. Parking is easy. Nearby is Camera Park to walk around

Feedback:

Rude staff

Feedback:

Very kind and creative team. I moved to Carol Stream and still come to Glenside because you can't find this service anywhere. Free printing, great sources, great programs, great workshops for all ages, and best of all; the ethnic groups, which strongly ranges in Glendale Heights is respected. ❤️
