I'd say that they're hardly even worthy of posting a review on. I would never work for them even after receiving an offer letter from a friend, especially now.As to how they treat their customers, I'm not sure, but they sure as heck won't be getting my employ.

Not a fan of the way that they treat their travel agents. Also not a fan of the way that they treat their employees. They seem to be fans of the "we can't do that" phrase. This one's for them.

They hang up on customers simply looking to book a tour. This literally happens so often.

They use Tripmate for their Travel Protection... Not very happy with that overall.

I personally wouldn't book here if my life depended on it. Overly expensive and not worth the price. They do not know how to handle situations with customers very well.
