I wouldn't even give them a star. We booked transfer from Surat Thani Airport to Khao Sok and back, which turned out to be the worst service we've received in Thailand so far. They don't operate that route yet they sale you tickets online. We ended up losing money and paying more for the Taxi Vans that actually operate that route. Word of advice. Rent a car for like 700 a day at the airport and drive yourself.
