Old building they try to make new. Lobby bathrooms are nasty, the elevators are forever broken.

I went to The Tavern on the Square in the Cross Point Towers. The food was okay and the service was extremely slow. Hopefully they will get their act together. When I went it had not been open for very long. By now things may have changed. The burger was decent the french fries were pretty good but it's your typical franchise restaurant. The beer seems a little pricey too.
