Great communication throughout the process! I went through two other sign shops in Boone that disappeared on me halfway through the process. Go Postal sent me proofs, invoices, etc. in a timely manner. When they went to install the signs, the holder outside our building was rotten and bowing. They shored up the structure, installed both signs as quickly as possible, all while doing everything they could to keep the costs down. Great service!

Great price and excellent quality! I had a large, last minute printing project with a tight deadline. GoPostal accepted the job without hesitation and finished ahead of schedule! Great customer service and a near perfect experience. Will definitely be returning!

Amazing job !!! VERY IMPRESSED !! We had the gentleman create his own design for our business cards and he came up with the perfect picture . His detailed art work really makes our business cards POP !! A huge thank you goes out to him and GO POSTAL .

I had a package going to ASU that got misplaced and I called Go Postal to save my bacon. They printed, bound, and hand delivered my proposal in under an hour and saved the deal. Christy took personal interest and helped me out. They really do exemplify the small business mentality in going to great lengths to help a customer get the job done. Very highly recommended. I got a pat on my back from my company, but it wouldn't have been possible without Go Postal's help.

I have been a frequent customer at Go Postal for years for both business and personal. What really has made a name for themselves for me was when a few months ago we lost our dog. I turned to Go Postal to print a bunch of flyers and road signs to help for the search. With them understanding the urgency, they rushed the order and filled it before I could even get there from my house. This led to us finding our dog a few days later. They have always been friendly and have always treated me as more of a neighbor than simply just a customer.

I asked them to replicate the window "sticker" I brought to them. They created a "cling" and not a sticker. The asked me to approve the art and the invoice which I did. But, while I was checking on the art, I didn't notice that they changed my "sticker" to a "cling." The cling doesn't stick on the windows and falls off. Useless. They refuse to redo the order in sticker form to match what I brought them originally. Not cool.

GoPostal has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. There were many issues throughout the process of dealing with them. Jason especially was rude when I brought up my frustration with wrongly being quoted a price for a poster (Twice!! and one was by him). They printed my poster wrong and told me they could fix it, but when I called to come pick it up they revelaed that I would have to pay for both ($120) posters despite their mistake. They are overpriced and extremely hard to deal with, not worth spending any of your time or money. Go to literally anywhere else for a better expereience.

Did not disclose full fees in estimate; following completion of vinyl letter installation, we were hit with a significant bill for installation. Be wary.
