Shittiest internet company I have ever experienced. The average download speed in the United states is 18.7. I can barely manage to get 6.7 mbps. This does not make any sense to me

high prices for crappy service, pay for an upload and download speed that we might get 10%, make you pay for services you dont want just to have internet, wish midco was available here, half the price with 1000% better internet.

Awful just awful. Bullying customers in certain areas to require services they don't want. Taking advantage of their customers simply because they don't have a choice. Stealing from customers every month. Should be shut down and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
