So we made our payment, got charged double...called grande to return one of the payments, never heard anything back then all of a sudden our internet gets shut off. We called grande who informs us that their financial department reversed both charges and somehow that's our fault? They lied and said they restored our service while they look into it and they haven't. Terrible customer service and they are talking about charging late fees as well as reconnect fees on something that THEY screwed up. Unbelievable!!
