I actually had this at one star but have now decided to give it 5. Why? because of one reason..phone service. my power went off today and I didn't know how to contact the power company or my wife and let her know. Grande is the only service I know of that if the power goes out, the phone will still work. so thanks to that I was able to call up both and get the power back on. Thank you Grande.
