Feedback:

Customer service on first visit was fine. Same agent was then incredibly rude and disrespectful upon subsequent visit.

Very friendly and wonderful. They remember their loyal customers and greet them with a cheery smile. Even though they are in a small town the play things BY THE BOOK! Don't even think about being slick.their own mother could be standing in front of them and they will check out her paperwork the same as everyone else. I know people like to complain about lines. My response is for 10 years I was a customer. Did I see lines Yes. Were there times when I walked in and I was the only one. Yes. They answer their phones, treat everyone fair, equal and with respect while still working as an agent of the government. That's saying a lot!

Lady working the desk acted like I was bothering her & made me feel stupid for not know the ins and outs of the town (I'm new here) She was very unprofessional. Zero customer service! Will not recommend or be back if I can help it.

on the voice mail you leave a number for dmv don't know why they do not answer rings busy you need to up date records and just say good luck tring to reach dmv.

Friendly staff for a licensing plate agency, which has to deal with rude people on a daily basis. Most trips are very quick, in and out.

Friendly staff, but the wait is ridiculous. They should have all three windows open all the time. They should also open earlier. Most people get their vehicles inspected first thing in the morning. Leaving some to wait an hour or more waiting to pay their registration fees.I would have given them one star if not for the staff. I understand they have no control over hours they are open or staff hours.
