Disappointing. They do free work for children with a specific condition, which kudos to them, we were ecstatic about it. They said it would be done in less than two weeks. A month an a half later, they completed it. Not even close to what we asked for. It was as though they didn't listen and through it together at the last minute after we complained. Which I'm pretty sure is what happened. Considering what we needed would only last 2 or 3 months, we decided to just let it go. What a let down.
