AVOID! I had a very bad experience with this company, mainly because of the owner, Kevin Neilson. I am not sure if it is typical or not, but Kevin was supposed to be my point of contact at the company during the process of building my website. Essentially my account manager. He was slow to respond to any correspondence. Think 48-72 hours, if at all. Most of the time I had to email or call twice to get in touch, and he was always quick with some excuse, usually a similar excuse from the previous time. Weeks went by and very little or nothing was accomplished on the website. Once I voiced my frustration to Kevin, he promised the next Friday as a deadline for finishing the website, and handed our account over to Tanner. Tanner was actually responsive and helpful, though I ended up having to essentially design the site myself, which I was trying to avoid when hiring this company. So the extra star is for Tanner. So the Friday deadline comes and goes, and nothing from Kevin. We try to get in touch on Monday, only to hear from Tanner that Kevin had left the country and was unavailable the entire week. So that week, we decided to pay them, cut ties and finish the website ourselves. I received zero follow from Kevin and have yet to hear from him 2 weeks later. Very disappointed in the level of professionalism from the owner of this company.
