Gravity is a bright, uplifting place to live near downtown Columbus. It's still new and working out some kinks, but once it gets fully developed it will be fantastic.

Wow where do I start? Gravity is the real deal! I’m a lifelong proud well informed resident of C-bus and was looking to move downtown or close to downtown. This place was my first and last stop-and I’m not kidding! I’m proud to be a resident here AND being part of the transformation of Franklinton. I can walk/scooter/bike/uber to tons of events Like the Columbus Clippers/Blue Jackets Jazz and Rib Fest/Red White and Boom/Arts Fest/Com Fest and the list goes on-Oh yea forgot all the events at Columbus Commons like the wine festival this weekend/the indoor and outdoor concerts at Express Live! and oh by the way the new Columbus Crew SC soccer stadium Is being built here too-ok you get the idea! The staff is beyond friendly absolutely amazing and very focused on the residents-Superior service and attention to details.All of the amenities are amazing-absolutely stellar rooftop patios- food truck alley-we have an outdoor theater and the events for the residents are an added plus-was able to head downstairs this week have a drink and taco and meet some new residents.Check this place out!

Absolutely love living at Gravity! The finishes are gorgeous, the leasing agents, Julia & Chelsea, are beyond accommodating and helpful. I love the design, the location, and the vibe. It felt like home the moment I toured, and it gets better each day. :)

Julia (the property manager) is on top of it . I put it a work order and she made sure it was done a timely manner . My apartment is very clean , very modern and it’s prime location . I have been moved in for about a month now and so far I’m loving it! Would recommend to anybody wanting to be downtown! You guys a awesome!

Extremely excited about my move to Gravity. Julia has been a dream to work with. She is extremely responsive and has accommodated our every request. The apartments are beautiful, with large windows and are centrally located so that everything is pretty much less than 10 minutes away.

Gravity is seriously doing something really cool in Franklinton. The thing about a developer investing in a location like this is that sometimes, they tend to just bulldoze the existing culture and make way for new developments that are just that, new. Gravity, instead, is INVESTING in Franklinton and paying homage to the artistic roots that were already here. It won't just be another fancy high rise with nothing around it- there will be shops, restaurants, and event spaces to participate and cultivate community both within Gravity itself and in turn, Franklinton around them. I'm incredibly excited in what Gravity is doing, and I'm so excited to do my part in building community come June. I'm looking forward to what Gravity will do for Franklinton in the coming months, and you should be too! Apartment wise, they are priced well in comparison to the amenities. Spacious studios up to two bedrooms, in all energy efficient out-fittings. Gorgeous bathrooms and huge windows in every room. Mega tall ceilings. Right outside your apartment there's tons of corridors with communal seating spaces so you don't just have to stay cooped up in your place. Every apartment has a balcony! Floors are a dark wood vinyl situation and its just so.. quiet once you're inside your unit. Amenities are still in production, but they already have free programming and talks you can attend. There'll be a food truck alley as well, and a courtyard for movie nights. Like I had mentioned already, tons of restaurants and things to do will be built right underneath your aparemt, so no worries traveling. Nearby is Cosi, the veterans museum, a local market, the idea foundry, land grant, and more. It's all located within a literal 10 minute bike ride downtown. Needless to say, I'm pretty jazzed about it.

First, the staff at Gravity are INCREDIBLE. What a refreshing experience to visit a community where I was able to ask questions, get answers and feel genuinely cared for. Leasing an apartment can be stressful, especially when working through the process alone. Anthony and Chelsea were kind and professional and helped me get set up quickly and easily. Second, I am SO excited to move to Gravity this Spring. I got to pick my favorite apartment which makes the experience so much more special. [So if you're considering Gravity, I HIGHLY recommend you go quickly to find the floor plan you want. :) ] I also LOVE that they offer studio floorplans because I didn't want more space than necessary and it's nearly impossible to find that in Columbus currently. THANK YOU FOR STUDIOS! Definitely a perk to have beautiful finishes included, energy efficient appliances and a washer/dryer in my apartment. I'm looking so so forward to starting my living experience with Gravity and hope I can call this place home for as long as I need. Franklinton is on it's way to the top! Is it April yet?!

Everything so far has been extremely painless. Chelsea and Anthony made me feel very comfortable with getting on board with this community with their prompt responses to emails as well as their ability to accommodate my requests. I am relocating from Cleveland and I can't imagine things being much easier than they have been so far. I am very excited to move in and experience what they are creating here.
