So I had no previous debt with grey Harbor but yet they wanted a $750 deposit that was not refundable for 6 months. Only because previous renters didn't pay their bills was their excuse.it should be illegal for them to operate their company with other people's money interest-free. I wish I could give them a hundred negative stars. This company needs to be internally investigated. Corrupt corrupt corrupt
