Just sat on the phone with this place gave them all my information for a QUOTE says I have to switch my current policy on that one or I can’t get a quote. Never heard that! Just want to see if it was worth the change and than would have provided my current vehicle information. Than the ignorant lady who was very unprofessional . I would not recommend this place at all. I will update her information as well!!

Not happy wiu them st all!! Husband had everything he owned, 3 homes and 2 vehicles, insured through them... called Kristen to let her know he passed and wanted to have everything switched over. Not only was she not very helpful, but she didn’t even attempt to keep the business. Policies weren’t even written correctly so thank god nothing happened.

I've been with Steve and Sharon going on 20 years now. They know their stuff and being independent can offer more options to their clients. Of course the personal attention to your needs, available for any questions, just makes them a little better than everyone else.

Very very rude stuck up blonde woman decides to hangup on me when I said tell her that's steep for an insurance policy. Apparently if you swear she will hangup on you as well.
