Don't trust these people with your families insurance. Insurance is the back bone of protecting your family. These people won't take that seriously. I have been with them for over a year now for my car and home owners insurance. I was in a very serious accident in a vehicle we thought was covered, but do to the neglect of our agent it was not covered and now our family of 7 children is without a car because the lady would not admit she made a mistake. Very disheartening that her pride came before my family.. great people until the accident occurred, then they were not worth the paperwork they wrote out. Hopefully a owner of this company will read this review and rectify the situation.

Ask for Jessica. She is fantastic making our transition from MA. to Fl. really easy. She researched many insurance companies and found our house insurance and auto insurance compatible with our previous ones. She's very knowledgeable and thorough and response turn around is phenonimal! Highly recommend this company for peace of mind. She did all the work!! Thanks Jessica!

Monica of great Florida insurance has no idea what she is doing. I came to her to get insured on a vehicle and specifically told her what I needed. She ended up getting my license suspended by giving me the wrong insurance. When confronted about the situation she blamed me and my father (whom was also there) and refused to make the situation right. Bad business bad people. I now have new insurance and my father will be leaving the company as well.

In needed an sr22 policy GreatFlorida Insurance was recommended by another insurance company who didn't provide an sr22,The agent Monica was very nice and professional In less than thirty minutes I had a policy and any other paper work I needed to bring to the DMV.
