Ok so our tour guide to the dishes was funny, he explained and answered every question no one was bored he gets 5*. However, the star lab was a waste if money. Luci should NOT be a guide. She blamed the cheap fan and management for the bounce dome for not filling up. There were children and an older woman screaming to get them out. Her thought process was to tell everyone to stop crying and complained once again the failure if the dome blowing up on cheap fans. However, some tourist took it upon himself to stand the fan up. Whhhaaalllaaa problem solved. She stated we had two butt cheeks use them, if we talk during her presentation she would show us the door. Her voice was so high pitched. She stated if she didn't know the answer too bad..it was awful. Best thing you can do is get rid of her.
