Villas were well furnished & clean. Check-in staff was courteous & helpful. Played the Mustang golf course which was in good condition. Tee boxes & greens were well maintained. Fairways were lush & mowed. Pro shop & golf course staff were friendly, helpful & courteous!Visited again in Sept 2019 and happy again to say that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable in the room & a round of golf on the Flamingo course was perfect. Course had just undergone maintenance, fairways were lush and greens were immaculate. Will be back again!Thanks to the all the staff from checking in to playing golf, all were friendly & courteous and made me happy to be staying with them!

This was an ok place to stay, we had quite a few issues with the condo like ants, broken dishwasher, broken dryer, fridge was warm to cool when we arrived but they all were resolved by the time we left. One thing that I didn't care for is that they have signs posted saying the pool was open til 10pm however we went to the pool one night around 9:20pm and it was closed?? Nice property though, not close to the beach, about 15-20 min drive, but close to alot of restaurants.

we have stayed here multiple times both in season and off season. Staff is accommodating. condos are very clean and supplied well. this trip we used the facilities more than usual enjoying the pool, pickleball, walk to restaurant Sam Sneads. Great spot, convenient to all; a short hop to Marco or Old Naples.

Loved the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only one issue. The DVD player was not working and although the person at the desk “sent the maintenance man who is a whiz at fixing DVD players” he failed. But we were satisfied with hbo movies. All in all a great stay.
