Never had any issues until the ending of my lease! DO NOT RENT FROM GREENWOOD RENTAL they expect you to pay rent and pay for repairs (unclogging sink from food ) (sock in washer pipe) when it’s their responsibility to keep their apartment buildings up to date. Very rude and known to do things out of spite. I’d been told before I paid my deposit to not rent here I should have listened.
