I have rented from them for three years this last year of renting from them have become a complete nightmare. The apartment I live in flooded out and do you believe they put a fan on the floor and left carpet in there. And yesterday I went home someone had been in my apartment turned the air wide open and left the dirty filter on the cabinet and left my lights on. I called to ask about it and the white lady was so rude and nasty I hate to even pay then for 2 more months. I hate Greenwood Rental!!
