Feedback:

Excellent agency, I'm handling my mother's estate and needed to carry temporary coverage, on mom's car from her agency, to do estate business concerning the car. They issued the needed coverage which helped resolve the issues. Will recommend them to everyone.

After receiving a citation for no proof of insurance I stopped into Greg loffhagen agency to get some help. After explaining my problem with Cheryl they stated myPolicy had Been cancelled. It's my understanding that there is a policy to reinstate without a lapse in coverage if paid within a certain. Of time. (Grace period)(Update 8/1/2019)During this meeting with Cheryl, Jennifer got involved when Cheryl could not tell me when the policy would be reinstated as I was not going to pay the $14 they asked for to reinstate my policy. Cheryl then went in to Jennifer's office where they had a meeting presumably time to call State Farm and get verification when the policy would be reinstated. Jennifer stated to me that's State Farm informed her that the policy would be reinstated effective April 1st 2019. I then inquired to Jennifer when the policy does not start on April 1st who is going to be responsible for this? Jennifer stated that she would be responsible if it didn't start on April 1st. She then gave me her card and on that card I wrote policy will be reinstated on April 1st 2019 and she signed it. If it's possible to post that here I will do that as I still have that contract. After not hearing from State Farm or Greg loffhagen's office for a few days I called them to inquire what was going on with my policy. The voice on the other end, I believe was Cheryl, stated she was sorry but the policy didn't start until the 8th of April. I did not receive a call from State Farm or Greg loffhagen's office informing me of this, I had to call them myself to find out.I then talked to Greg loffhagen and he essentially backed up his staff. Also stating to me that Cheryl and Jennifer or in fear of me or some words similar to that. I don't remember his exact words. my thought on this is why even mention that as at no time did Cheryl or Jennifer or anyone else in that office tell me they wanted me to leave or to be more quiet or in any way convey to me they we're in fear of anyting. I believe this is a way Greg loffhagen had to try to lay some of the blame back on myself. Subsequently I complained directly to State Farm. They opened an investigation into this matter.The investigator stated to me that she has notes that Greg loffhagen's office was informed that the policy would not start until 8th of April. The question is who lied. By the investigators own admission Loffhagen's was informed it would be on the 8th. That would seem to point directly at Jennifer who guaranteed me the policy would be reinstated on April 1st. It could also be the investigator was lying about the notes they had.Of course the investigator would not admit to a lie only to a "miscommunication" She then made and empty apology "Sorry for the miscommunication" since she offered no compensation. She also did not convey which party lied ("miscommunicated") to whom. Was the LIE communicated from State Farm to Jennifer, or from Jennifer to myself? She then ended the conversation by telling me I could complain about them to the state, which I did. The man at the state informed me that if I paid them $14 with a statement by State Farm informing me the policy would start on the 1st he could probably get my money back. I was not able to post the signed statement by Jennifer on this post. If anyone would like to see it I will email it or text it to you.I have since let my policies with State Farm lapse and I have purchased policies from Progressive.

Everyone is incredibly knowledgable and wonderful to work with.
