I wish there was a spot to vote zero this is the worst insurance company to deal with in the world they say one thing and do another I was at work parked and one of their clients slammed into me and they owed me more money but unless I take it to a shop instead of doing it myself they don’t want to pay what they owe me that’s why you don’t go to these homegrown backwoods insurance company you go to a professional that’s why they sell it to you cheap because they suck

We have been in business in Knoxville for 20 years and have been with many insurance agencies, no company has ever worked for us the way Griffin does.from the initial setup of our policies to the changes and claims I have been nothing but satisfies.
