We knew that we needed a website, but didn’t know any more than that, we had no idea about what we *actually* needed or how it should be implemented, and this is where Growl stepped in! Right from the beginning, they really got to the root of our needs with some very impressive conversations, and some very clever, yet simple online questionnaires that really allowed us (and them!) to understand what it was that we needed, they guided us every step of the way, and made us feel like they were really listening to what it was that we were trying to achieve, and ultimately in the end they nailed it! Our new website is perfect! If you’re like us and don’t know your CRM’s from your S.E.O. (we do now!) then get in touch with these guys asap, you’ll be in good hands!

Their staff are really friendly and helpful, and they built us a brilliant website that is so easy for us to use and update, best of all they made no assumptions, and didn’t baffle us with technical jargon! We love our new online store! We’ve still got so much to learn (we had no idea how much we didn’t know, or how many opportunities we were missing!) but now thanks to Growl we’re definitely on the right path! Our online store is generating daily sales (from Google’s search engine SEO searches, and Google Adwords!) and we’re really excited about taking this to the next level... Our existing website was a mess, it was so old that it didn’t work properly on mobile phones or iPads, (something that we now know is very important for Google rankings!) and we couldn’t even do anything about it, as the previous developer never gave us any kind of access to the website so we couldn’t log-in, edit or even update any of the content on our website! Thankfully Growl knew exactly what to do, and not only got us back full access to our website, they also help us build a brand new amazing website from the ground up, and the best bit is when we want to make an update all we need to do is login, paste our content, and click “update” it’s as simple as that! A massive thank you to Sam (she was amazing!) and all of the guys at Growl Creative!

What can I say! there’s not much that these guy don’t know about, and what they don’t know isn’t worth knowing! Logos, Branding, Website, Digital Marketing: Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising Campaigns, they’ve done the whole lot for us! but not just that, they’re always there to help us when we need it, (their training is brilliant!) they’ve basically become our go to trusted partner for all things branding, web design and marketing related! we couldn't ask for more!

We needed and E-Commerce website but our needs were quite detailed and complicated, we have quite a good grip on technology, but when it came to setting up a secure HTTPS (very important to us!) online store we didn't know where to start! Growl helped to make the entire process relatively painless, and really guided us along the way regarding what was possible, and what was best suited for our needs! We’re now incredibly happy with the results and are watching our sales grow day by day! We get our sales using the inbound marketing methods and techniques that Growl taught us (and set up for us!) and we analyse the data daily using all of the data analysis and Google Analytics tools that they also set up for us! In short we couldn’t have done it without them! Thanks!

I really needed a simple website, with no bells and whistles to help promote my retail store (we didn’t need ecommerce as we sell items from our physical store) we were previously let down by another plymouth web design company who baffled us with technical terms, and expected us to understand.. Then we turned to Growl Creative... They were incredibly understanding & helpful, and really helped up to understand what needed to be done to achieve what we wanted (they also helped us to understand/decided what we wanted!) we’re now also working with them to boost our Social Media channels too (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and we couldn’t be happier! We were looking for an ECommerce website and were really struggling to find someone who could explain it to us in simple terms, ECommerce (and web design in general) is a very complicated process (so we thought!) and it's not for everyone (certainly not for the feint of heart!) however we were so pleased that we found these guys, we run a traditional bricks and mortar store, so don't (didn't!) know much about the internet, but right from the very beginning we felt like they held our hands and walked us through the entire process, giving us the help and advice the we so sorely needed at every juncture, we really felt like they understood who we are and what we were trying to achieve, and the end result was perfect just perfect! since launching our new ECommerce store our sales have doubled (thanks to their digital marketing and S.E.O. skills (we didn't even know what that was a month ago!) and everything is on the up, all thanks to Growl Creative! We can't thank you guys enough, and look forward to a long a fruitful relationship together! Thanks Guys! :-)
