I worked for the owner when he ran the same type of business in Wheat Ridge, CO. I worked for several weeks, completed training and everything. Went out several times with different mentors to sell Centurylink and Direct TV packages. I ended up selling a triple package which was worth slightly over $200 in commission. The owner never paid me once I left his company upon receiving a job that will actually looks good on a resume. I would hope you now pay your employees (yes, all of them) in a timely manner. Even new people who sell packages and quit upon receiving a better job offer. The owner stated that my check would be mailed. It's been three years, I know the post office doesn't take that long! Anyways, I hope you enjoy screwing other young college kids out of their time and effort with the hope that "they will work their way to a managing role." What a way to build a legacy! Not for me though!Please Note: there are several businesses across the country with the same seedy business model. Best wishes.
