Called for some Passport info and they were helpful on the phone and online chat. Went in on 9/11 Wednesday and the service was the best and being midweek there was no wait. I appreciate the county and library providing the service.?

Most of the staff are helpful, The is one slim lady that seem to have issues with assisting. All the others make up for her.

Personnel in charge of passports was rude and nasty. Don't waste your time going here. Go to Hall county instead.

I usually go to the Suwanee Library in Gwinnett county but had some books on hold at the Buford Library, so I came to pick them up.Right away I felt a different vibe from the employees here. They just were not as helpful as what I experienced at Suwanee. I walked up to one lady and she pointed me toward another young lady who was quite introverted. Did not want to help? Not sure .Also Library is quite smaller.I may not return.

Modern Library with plenty of room. Relatively quiet. Great for reading/homework & tutoring. Even when busy, it's not too noisy. Convenient location on major rd. Wish it was open until 6 PM on Sundays...
